SEGURA Consulting LLC @ 2010

The USAID/Ukraine Mission is supporting the Government of Ukraine’s (GOU) initiatives to promote public-private partnerships (PPP) at national and municipal levels.  Accordingly, it issued SEGURA/IP3 Partners LLC a Task Order under the SEGIR Privatization II IQC, to provide capacity building assistance to the GOU in the development and dissemination of its PPP program.  

The training and advisory services comprising this capacity building program were conducted through short-term technical assistance provided by a small group of international and local PPP specialists, supported administratively and logistically by a Kyiv-based local staff team.  As laid out in the Implementation Schedule in the Work Plan, all activities were completed in September 2009. 

Assistance to the GOU is based on our international experience in PPP training and capacity building as well as a rapid review of documents and legislation supported by field assessments and dialogue with officials and practitioners, as well as with technical officers from donor agencies involved.
