Europe & Eurasia - Regional Competitiveness Initiative (RCI)

SEGURA Consulting implementing the Regional Competitiveness Initiative (RCI), a project funded by the Europe and Eurasia Bureau of USAID in Washington.  It began in October 2004 and received an extension through 2012.  RCI strives to improve competitiveness across the Europe and Eurasia region by by engaging the efforts of bilateral USAID Missions, USAID Projects and other local stakeholders, thus complementing and creating regional synergies.

Europe & Eurasia | Infrastructure Reform & Finance Project Project (IRF)

From 2004 to 2008, the IRF project provided support to the Europe & Eurasia Bureau USAID Missions in the technical area of infrastructure reform and finance and related matters. Ukraine | Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Training

Asia | Evaluation of AERA Project - Kenan Institute Asia

SEGURA/IP3 Partners LLC was awarded a Task Order (TO) under its SEGIR General Business Trade and Investment II (GBTI II) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the evaluation and sustainability assessment of the AERA projects implemented by the Kenan Institute Asia (K.I.Asia) under USAID’s Accelerating Economic Recovery in Asia program (AERA), and recommendations to work with K.I.Asia for mutual development goals in the region after completion of the current cooperative agreement.

Europe & Eurasia | Kosovo Midterm Evaluation

In 2006, USAID/Kosovo requested SEGURA/IP3 LLC to conduct a mid-term evaluation on the Kosovo Cluster Business Support Project started in 2004, combining two major components with activities addressing three industry clusters and related business environment improvements. The cluster component addresses the livestock, fruit and vegetable, and construction materials sectors.

Ukraine | TCP Evaluation

SEGURA/IP3 has many years’ experiences in conducting program evaluations for USAID and developing recommendations for modernization of the state and improvement of good governance in the Europe and Eurasia Region, and in Ukraine.

Egypt | Feasibility Study for PSP in the Alexandria Water & Waste Water System

The governorate of Alexandria is at the forefront of water and sanitation sector reform among developing countries. Working closely with USAID/Egypt, the Governorate undertook an ambitious program of institutional reform to both the Alexandria Water General Authority (AWGA) and the Alexandria General Organization of Sanitary Drainage (AGOSD).
