SEGURA IP3 Partners are implementing the Regional Competitiveness Initiative (RCI), a project funded by the Europe and Eurasia Bureau of USAID in Washington. It began in October 2004 and received an extension through 2012. RCI strives to improve competitiveness across the Europe and Eurasia region by by engaging the efforts of bilateral USAID Missions, USAID Projects and other local stakeholders, thus complementing and creating regional synergies.
RCI addresses specifically all three levels of intervention required to improve competitiveness: enterprise, industry, and policy, and encourages regional cooperation among USAID missions and projects throughout the Europe and Eurasia region.
